Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) recently published a study on the impact of using old li-ion batteries. Is your device safe?

Do you think you can use your old laptop? Researchers from HHS think so. The research took two years and twelve scientists to determine the level of radiation that is produced by li-ion batteries. Lithium-ion batteries are used in electronics for almost 50 years. It is so strange to think that it is not.

"We have not measured any unusual radiation of any first two years of usage, but after that the radiation level is slightly increasing from 2.00 millisievert to 60.00 millisievert and after 2.5 year, it reached 90.00 millisievert.", Says Dr. Jones from HHS

This article is published by Radiologyinfo.org, independent agency reporting medical info about radiation topic.

Even if the research has been done, the patient should be aware of the risk of cancer.

If you are interested in improving your health level, replacing your old laptop might be the easiest and cheapest way to do it.
